Our Policy
Once we get get you booked by phone, leave the work to us! All you will have to do is make sure that your yard is clear and the grass is short to place the inflatable. Provide the outlet and water hose, and we will take care of the rest! We will drop off between 7-11am and pick up between 5-8pm(Spring & Summer) or 5-7pm(Fall and Winter) for Pensacola rentals. We will let you know drop off and pick up times when we call to confirm the day prior to your rental. We go from closest to furthest locations by address in order, so that you can enjoy your inflatable as soon as possible. So if you're first for drop off you will be the first pick up and vice versa, the last drop off you'll be the last pick up.
After confirmation, we will give you an estimated time of drop off on the Thursday prior to the weekend of your delivery. We will supply the extension cords, tarps, and blowers necessary for the inflatable. Payment will be due at delivery (Cash or Card) and a contract will need to be signed as well. After the contract has been signed you will be responsible for any damages or injuries incurred during your rental period. If you need to cancel, just let us know as soon as possible. We prefer not to set up in severe weather (such as 75-80% or higher forecasted chance of thunderstorms or winds that are over 15 mph).
We will come and set up rain or shine at your discretion. Once we set up there is no refund. Contact us if there are any questions.
